I don’t know how to handle this Political Science question and need guidance.

Read the Enduring Debate, Debating the Issues: Interpreting the Constitution- Originalism or a Living Constitution pp. 279-300. What are Justice Scalia’s strongest arguments in favor of originalism? What were Justice Breyer’s strongest arguments in favor of a living constitution? Which side do you come out on?

Students may not collaborate on essay assignments- each assignment is to be completed by the student, this includes sharing research information.
